Shana Charles, MSN, ARNP, FNP

Shana Charles, MSN, ARNP, FNP is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at Seattle University in 2004 and is currently enrolled there to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Shana's doctoral focus is implementing stress management strategies in adolescents to reduce the effects stress has on health outcomes. Shana opened Rainier Family Practice in 2008 in Olympia, WA, and continues to educate and manage clients with evidenced based care. Shana volunteers in diverse settings to improve health outcomes through fitness, spiritual, and cultural activities and has been an active member of The Ebony Nurses Association of Tacoma since 2001.
